The primary role for the Account Manager will be to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer’s tenure with E2 and identify upsell opportunities for additional software and training. This is an inside sales position requiring sales background. Manufacturing background a plus.
This is a rewarding and lucrative ENTRY LEVEL Territory Sales Representative in our sales team for selling our manufacturing software package. Your main responsibilities will be to acquire new customers by presenting our software solution, determining client requirements, and negotiating deals. You will be required to qualify marketing generated leads, gain proficiency in both our software’s features as well as industry knowledge, present software effectively, and close new business.
